It is important to provide appropriate information that customers want and need – through articles, blogs, photos and video – then update this regularly.

I repeat…information that the customer wants and needs…not what you necessarily want them to see. Although at times the content can also be information that they want and a product or tool that you want to show them. But, if it’s all for you and not for the customer, you’re wasting their time and yours.

Constant content updates keep a website and communications fresh. Search engines also like updates and sites with more active changes get more clicks.
